Listed below is an overview on the steps involved from the day you give us the go ahead for your booking until the start of your trip and the conditions that apply accordingly:
1. Foreign bank transfer: The invoice must be paid in the currency stated. If your bank cannot process a payment in Namibian Dollars (NAD), please instruct your bank to make the transfer in South African Rand (ZAR). The Namibian Dollar is pegged to the South African Rand (1:1), and both currencies are therefore accepted at the same value as legal tender in Namibia. Some banks may suggest making the transfer in euros or US dollars. Please insist on payment in South African Rand, as differences in exchange rates between the debit and credit can result in the amount received in our account being higher or lower than the invoiced amount.
